THE ANOREXIC DESCENT INTO HELL

Since 2019, following a death, my life has been nothing but work and dealing with problems that kept piling up in front of me.

I gradually sank into an internal struggle. It was this desire for constant perfectionism, meaning always doing more, appearing to be the most perfect person possible on the surface.

All of this generated enormous psychological distress in me and ultimately triggered my anorexia. This caused my numerous insomnias and anxiety attacks. Recently, I've been trying to learn to surround myself with the right people and to live instead of just survive.

No one is safe from temptation. Each person bears the heavy burden of not giving in, of choosing between good and bad temptations. Temptation is a tool. It can make you grow or, conversely, completely destroy you.
